I happen to be a fan of classic rifles and cartridges so most of my reloading is for obsolete cartridges. The data provided in the book are based on many discontinued components.
More useful than the data are the gems of insight provided in the text. It never ceases to amaze me what meticulous work was done with the relatively crude equipment of decades past. I recommend this book to anyone who reloads or is considering reloading in the future.
Combined with modern reloading manuals for the reloading data you can't go wrong. I wish I had this book 50 years ago.

That is how they can make something like Hybrid, which is not quite standard extruded and not quite standard ball. For the price there is a lot of information but most of it is not pertinent.

But at least there is some limited data there for these oddballs,unlike all other loading manuals, and a LOT of data here for other obsolete cartridges.
